• How long does it take to receive my order after the confirmation?

Once an order is placed and confirmed, please allow up to 2 weeks for the creation and shipment of your set(s).

• Are the nails reusable?

Yes, all UrthNails sets are reusable as long as they are correctly applied and removed!

• What shapes/lengths do you offer?

We currently offer the following sets: Short Square, Medium Almond, Long Coffin, XL Square. (more shapes to come)

• Are you taking custom orders?

Yes! Custom orders can be placed on our Custom Orders page under the Shop tab. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A CUSTOM SET PRIOR TO A CONSULTATION. UNAPPROVED CUSTOM ORDERS WILL BE CANCELED!

• What comes with each order?

Each order comes with your set of nails, a thank you card, and an application kit.

• What is a sizing kit?

A sizing kit consists of all nail sizes for your shape of choice. Simply remove each size, hold it against your nails, and record the corresponding numbers to the nails to receive a custom size for your sets.

• What comes in the application kits?

Every application kit comes with the following: nail glue, nail adhesive tabs (for a temporary application), cuticle pusher, nail buffer, & cuticle oil.

• What if my nail breaks/ gets lost?

No worries! Replacement nails are offered under the Shop tab. Shop>Extra Items>Replacement Nail(s). Be sure to provide me with your email, previous order number, and missing finger(s) in order to locate and recreate the missing nail!
